IBOWG is a Real Estate Agency established in 2013 by Maame Akosua Blondy who has been in the Real Estate Business for more than a decade, during which she has provided top-notch services to institutions such as the Action Chapel International,1998 Construction, 233 Jazz Bar and Grill and many others.

Our goal is to become the best real estate service provider in Ghana and across the West African sub-region. We want to continually grow to become experts in ownership, development, acquisition, management, leasing and disposal of multifamily residential apartments,office flats , industrial properties amongst others.

Our objectives as a real estate agency include owning and managing properties across the nation and ranking among the top 5 largest in the nation.
